Great place to rent moving trucks and vans, and renting storage spaces. Fair prices and helpful staff
It was so much easier n quicker than we thought, in an additional amazing turn of events, this location Northridge, UHaul, went above and beyond service, not only did they have to go n get the hitch, they installed it with bumper damage that magically looks improved
Firstly, I want to praise Jose! A few weeks ago when I first called, I was fortunate to speak with Jose about a trailer hitch install, and I needed a platform ramp on the back of my vehicle. Jose went out of his way to help me make sure I was getting the right kind of platform and hitch for my vehicle. He is knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Large lot with efficient employees. They hooked up equipment and made sure I had functioning lights and replaced a trailer to get me out quickly instead of wasting time in the rain.
Guy at the front counter was extremely rude. On the phone with uhaul customer support about my reservation they can’t find and he starts trying to yell things over me to the uhaul representative on the phone. Shouldn’t be in customer service if you want to act like a child when something has nothing to do with you.
