Just got denied rental of a vehicle dolly because the 2500 HD silverado we were in supposedly couldn't tow another vehicle according to the computer .. what a joke
♿ We rented a double axle trailer, to pull behind my 2016 Ford Explorer, for 2 days. We made the reservation online, a few days earlier, for the trailer and an appliance dolly. We were running 15 minutes behind and tried to call the store to make sure they didn't give our stuff to someone else. Never try to get a truck there! I went online and reserved a pick up truck for the following day drove all the acroee the state 2and a 1/2 hours . Went inside and was told they didnt have a truck it was sent out for tires no notice to me no text no call nothing!!! Never do business with a place like that !!!!
