Just got denied rental of a vehicle dolly because the 2500 HD silverado we were in supposedly couldn't tow another vehicle according to the computer .. what a joke
♿ We rented a double axle trailer, to pull behind my 2016 Ford Explorer, for 2 days. We made the reservation online, a few days earlier, for the trailer and an appliance dolly. We were running 15 minutes behind and tried to call the store to make sure they didn't give our stuff to someone else. Unfortunately, all numbers are routed to their national number and it's impossible to get ahold of the individual stores directly. 🤨 I can't hold that against the store, it's just the U-Haul corporate policy.
