The owner came out as well as one of the hitch technicians, unfortunately, it was bad news based on the body of the truck, but they took the time to explain everything to me so that I could try to find an alternative vendor. Nice guys no complaints.

I don’t recommend going here. I got my hitch installed here before a 5-day roadtrip to move my household goods to Arizona. On the first day of my roadtrip I noticed that the tongue of the trailer would bottom out very easily. I had to stop at another U-Haul and they told me that the hitch was installed incorrectly. Luckily it was an easy fix but it was still a pain to have to delay my roadtrip to do this. If you do go here then I recommend triple checking their work. I had a terrible experience with Uhaul. I dropped off my van to have a brake controller installed and they gave it back with electrical problems such as lights that stay on and threaten to run the battery down. I will definitely not be back to Uhaul!
