I don’t recommend going here. I got my hitch installed here before a 5-day roadtrip to move my household goods to Arizona. On the first day of my roadtrip I noticed that the tongue of the trailer would bottom out very easily. I had to stop at another U-Haul and they told me that the hitch was installed incorrectly. Luckily it was an easy fix but it was still a pain to have to delay my roadtrip to do this. If you do go here then I recommend triple checking their work. I had a terrible experience with Uhaul. I dropped off my van to have a brake controller installed and they gave it back with electrical problems such as lights that stay on and threaten to run the battery down. I will definitely not be back to Uhaul!
Everything was GREAT. Price, installation, speed.
This location is horrible and cost me my movers that I had scheduled for 630. Not only did I book 24 hour pick up for a full-size truck and utility trailer but I also called two days in advance to confirm everything with a representative at this specific store. I explained to him that my pick up time was for 1am and what I was picking up. The representative didn’t give me any warning at all about me picking up a trailer after hours. I get to the location.
