They helped picked out the hitch for my subaru and it looks great. Worth the labor costs instead of me trying to do it myself and mess up my car frame or something! I showed up at 7am and there was already one other person before me to get their hitch installed. Unfortunately, the person who set up their appt was new and did not order a hitch for them (So make sure they order one when u make your appointment!). Went in to get propane. Button to call staff is broken. Went inside and asked for help...counter guy said a guy outside. Looked around, nobody. Went back in asked for help.."he is out there somewhere"..finally found him. Said he was busy with another customer. Then he texted on his phone for 5 minutes..I just left. I have rented 3 trucks and dozens of propane refills..no more. Don't go here.
Horrible
I lost an entire days pay, waited in the sun all day, and they never installed my hitch. They knew I had to wait outside in the 95° heat and never started on my car. All of this after scheduling an appointment weeks ago! I lost hundreds of dollars! I’ll never come here again and I may never use U-Haul again depending on how they handle the situation I move once a year and I spent thousands with U-Haul each time. i’ve never had a company disgust me like this one has. Amateur hour.
I wasted the first weekday that I’ve gotten off since May at this place. I lost a day of pay, sat all day in the sun, and they never even started on my car that was scheduled for in the morning. I had to schedule with a different company to actually get the job done
