Saying they don’t have anything to do with the trailer I rented from them. No help at all. I dropped it off and checked it in. System failed to update so now u-haul is asking me when I’ll be dropping it off. I already did.
Don’t expect them to know anything about wiring or installation or anything else . They didn’t know what they were doing, and were no help at all. I had to figure everything out myself.
Had an appointment for hitch install at 8am and was told it would take about 1 hour. The technician, Marcus, didn’t even arrive until 1030 because he “wanted to sleep in”. The owner had no concept of customer service and made me feel like I was being a nuisance when trying to get an updated expectation on timing. Couldn’t believe how unprofessional and apathetic the owner was.
Marcus was extremely professional and provided top-notch customer service. I had an appointment for my hitch installation and it was taking much longer than expected. Marcus stayed late to ensure that I could get my car back. I hope the company values him as much as he values the customers. It is because of him I give a five star review!!!
Doesn’t even deserve the one star. Made an appointment online to have a hitch and wiring installed on my new car. Options after picking a time was ‘going to wait there’, or ‘drop it off’. It said if wait there , would take approximately 3 hours, and for drop off would be done by end of business. I chose an 8am appointment, with waiting there, as I had to work in the afternoon.
