Elevator is broken with no plans of getting it fixed so unless you have a unit on the first floor you’re in for a lot of carrying your things up and down stairs. From my understanding the building is old and no one will fix the elevator because it’s too old and unsafe. I wish I could give 0 stars honestly. From reviews as far back as 7 years there’s been an issue with the elevator
Rude ghetto aholes! Called every day to tell me my uboxes were not getting delivered and/or going to be late. Called repeatedly to say they would not pick up on time. Driver was rude and incompetent would not place where safest and easiest picked the way that took the longest to waste the most time. They didn't want to work in hot weather. Lazy rude obnoxious, terrible people. Uboxes are cheap garbage!
Do not schedule a trailer hitch installation with them. The appointment is not real. They will not have the parts and they will not help you.
