Came into the store about 25 mins before close to purchase a hitch to take home and install myself. Guy at the desk told me the “hitch guy” was gone and he was “shutting down the store” and told me to come back the next day. Fairly disappointing.
I scheduled an appointment for a hitch install, and selected the option to wait in the store while the work was done (rather than dropping off), since the closest hitch center to my home is about an hour away. I got there and checked in, and the manager of the store verbally confirmed with me that I was waiting rather than dropping off. She wouldn't tell me how long it would take, since "last time I gave someone an estimate it took 7 hours." They got the hitch receiver put on and the trailer lights wired up it looks so good.
They helped me get a dolly for moving a washer unit in under 10 minutes. I was also able to return it pretty fast and it was super inexpensive! Great staff too.
We were worried about scheduling with this location at first of all the negative reviews but we went forward in faith that all would be ok. Now that we have recieved services here we feel compelled to give our review!! We are 110% satisfied with the quality of work and the customer service we received today!!!
