The truck was well maintained no issues I do recommend this location the lady at customer service was very helpful and nice.
Had a 7:00am pick up reservation at the Boynton beach location got there at 7:30 the truck I reversed was not set up for pick up. Called the 800 number which after a while they were able to get me a 10 foot truck when I reversed a15 footer also requested a furniture dolly which was not in the 10 foot truck which made the move difficult when returning the truck I noticed they still charged me for the dolly. COCKROACHES! Infested. We USED INSECT FOGGERS IN 2 of their vans twice and they were still all over. NEVER renting from this place again!
Dirty vehicles, don't look like they have been cleaned at all.
They gave me a bad U-Haul with a bad starter so they had to picked it up but Charged me extra for no reason when I called to dispute it a female left me on hold for 20 min and then hung up called back multiple times she hung up on me or transferred didn’t give me the respect of actually explaining why I was charged double after being given a bad U-Haul DONT COME HERE
