Just wanted to warn everybody about this U-Haul location. I reserved a 10-foot truck, and when I arrived they said they were upgrading me to a 15-footer at no extra charge because they didn’t have the truck I reserved. Somehow, I still ended up being charged for the 15-footer. The truck also barely had any gas in it — maybe enough for about 20miles. I immediately took pictures of the fuel gauge and even went back inside to tell the employee before leaving. I was told, “Just return it the way you picked it up.” Now they’re tr... read more
