Great staff. I drive extra miles to book here because of them. Sadly, public research shows they are underpaid. In NYC,NC, TX, they make almost 25% more. Pay them better, you’re a national brand. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE If I could give this U-Haul location NEGATIVE stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any business. The staff here are not just rude—they are outright disrespectful and unprofessional. First off, the lot is a disaster. It’s so crammed with trucks and trailers that it’s nearly impossible to maneuver. My husband accidentally “supposedly” clipped another U-Haul truck’s mirror while trying to leave—an honest mistake in such a poorly maintained lot.... read more
Jadean was very personable, quick and efficient in service. I was utterly surprised by the little time it took me to get into a vehicle.
Don’t recommend this location. Employees seemed to care nothing about working there and couldn’t be bothered helping customers. And all I needs was boxes!
