Made an online appointment for hitch installation that was two weeks out. Dropped off vehicle for appointment and was informed that they are NO LONGER DOING HITCH INSTALLATION. No explanation on why they are still taking online appointments. Hopefully this helps others.
Haven't seen my refund yet, when I called Kyle was super rude. Documents aren't filed till multiple days later, refunds aren't issued for a week out.
