easy to use and friendly, competent employees
Franky, going out of my way to a different location next time. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to give helpful customer service. Manager doesn't care about helping anyone. Sends me away searching all over town for a different drop off point and doesn't care to assist me in anyway even though it's my inconvenience. New girl up front needs to be manager, compassionate and helpful even though she's brand new. Embarrassing.
They have a very good service. It made my moving process smooth
I have never been so utterly disappointed and horrified by the organization and service I received than I have for this location. I reserved a 15' truck in advance and came to find out that not only was the truck not available, but they had nothing else to give me. Do not even waste your time trying to rent from them; go to Columbus or Montgomery instead. I know several other people who have had the same experience and I am truly confused as to how management has let this location operate in this manner for so long.
