I had a terrible service today when returning a rental truck at the Bayshore Blvd location. This was my first time using Uhaul and was not informed of where to return the vehicle. I went to park the truck where I initially picked it up from — Dwayne Johnson approached me and asked me what I’m doing and I told him I was returning the truck. He gave sarcastic remarks and rolled his at me when I genuinely did not the protocol.
