Called this morning in crunch time to find a u-Haul truck. Megan answered the phone and was super helpful, her location didn’t have the truck I needed but she went the extra mile to look up locations to reserve me the truck that I needed….THANKS MEGAN FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 5stars
The lady I interacted business with was very cordial, kind, respectful and efficient at her job. She went the extra mile for me. Business was excellent👍
This has been the absolute worst location and experience ive had using uhaul before! They charged me over $300 for one day about a month ago and im still getting charges for other fees according to them. Never again will i rent from uhaul or even purchase anything. Im truly disappointed at how many lies and hidden fees they have. Worst experience ever!!!!
