This location incorrectly charged an additional day on a trailer rental, which I returned before the time due, I was told by the on site person, nothing needed to sign in. Once I received the incorrect email , I contacted 923050_GM@uhaul.com James Thomas Sr. with no response. So I called customer service and they shared James Thomas Sr, would call me. No call. It has been 5 days. with no response. I cannot think of a more blatant act of poor service than stealing from your customers.
******BEWARE OF FRAUD ACTIVITY AT THIS LOCATION!! BEWARE******* This location committed fraud using my credit card!!!! Make sure you guys are looking at receipts before you walk away!!!! I reserved a truck on 2/28 using my credit card then paid cash for the rental. 3 days later my credit card was charged. I contacted corporate Uhaul and was told the charge would be reversed. They reversed then turned around and charged me again. 5 NSF fees and 2 weeks later I'm being told they reviewed the cams and don't see my cash transact... read more
