NEVER in my life have I seen such carelessness. Story: on 3/22, I ordered a trailer for use at this U-Haul as its nearby. I walked in, talked to a person, very respectable. Booked the reservation (see photo). About an hour or so later, someone calls me from u-haul to inform me that I can pick up the trailer at another location. Told them no, as its the opposite direction im going. He argues with me, and he cancels the reservation. Mind you, its 2 weeks til im picking up the trailer. Rented a trailer from this location—it's large, well-organized, and easy to rent from. One of the employees was really helpful and efficient, but some others were slow, almost like they were sleeping on the job. Overall, the rental process was smooth.
Cory helped me out huge. He went over and beyond and was so kind. I appreciate it very much.
