Trying to drop off the keys to a van I rented took over an hour. I got here at 3pm and I’m still waiting for this employee to come out of the bathroom. He finished with his last client at about 3:15 and went into the restroom. He’s now been in the restroom since 3:15 watching videos on his cellphone that I can hear from the lobby while I stand here waiting for him. This is ridiculous and I will use nor recommend this location ever again.
These guys are the best; Thomas and the younger tanned fellow included! The call center on the other hand, wherever they're located could use a little better idea on location for picking up the truck, meanwhile the team here in Weymouth fixed everything in a jiffy! ;) Great people! my husband and myself wouldn't go anywhere else!
