This place is a joke. Forced to come here because of a corporate account. Had to wait a half hour today for propane. The guy that usually fills the propane is incredibly rude. He yelled at me once because my tank was due to be replaced in two years (two years!). Watched a red-haired (manager?) berate and belittle a new employee in front of a store full of customers because she didn’t know how to punch in and out yet. That employee was brought to tears because of it and has never been anything but helpful.
This review is for my daughter, what’s the purpose of having an online reservation system that when you go to pick up the truck you are told that they don’t have a truck and then they tell you that they found a truck for you but “you” have to drive out of your way to pick it up and that you better hurry. Then to top off that insult your automated return system sucks. 30 minutes it took us to get a confirmation code.
