I was moving one way from Pittsburgh to Florida and I needed the U-Haul that day. They showed that they really cared about my trip, my continued business, As well as my well-being. I had a budget truck rental previously and they were able to beat the price so I canceled with budget and went with U-Haul. So glad I did! Go U-Haul!
