It was moving day and everything that could’ve went wrong did the manager Chris was excellent answered my every call it was like he was on standby he was well spoken very respectful customer service was superb him and his team made my move very smoothe I would recommend Uhaul located on Western Ave to anyone with Chris managing we need more people like Chris thank you
**BEWARE** when you rent vehicles and storage from this location specifically and other uhaul locations! The Manager and/or the employees is the only one with keys if something goes missing in your storage unit. And the maintenance of the vechicles will cost you double the price. most people is not aware when you drive 10 miles but low maintenance of the vehicle will say you drove 20 miles which is over $1.00/mile not including double thebgas you will putting in these vehicles. I had a horrible and very unfortunate experience when I tried to pickup my rental truck reservation. The manager I assume, she first denied my digital Louisiana license - saying she wouldn't know if it's fake or not, then made me call a friend instead to come and pickup with a new reservation, then changed her mind and said I don't want to rent to you as I am suspecting you might intend to drive, then I asked her if she would accept my EU driver's license, they first said yes totally fine and she jumped in and said she doesn... read more
