I had a horrible and very unfortunate experience when I tried to pickup my rental truck reservation. The manager I assume, she first denied my digital Louisiana license - saying she wouldn't know if it's fake or not, then made me call a friend instead to come and pickup with a new reservation, then changed her mind and said I don't want to rent to you as I am suspecting you might intend to drive, then I asked her if she would accept my EU driver's license, they first said yes totally fine and she jumped in and said she doesn... read more
The associate that helped me was very noligable and polite. He went over all theinformation with me to be sure I understood the contract.
Let me start by saying I have serious issues with U-Haul as a corporation. But, I have to shout out Chris, the manager of this particular location. I'm just going to say, not all heroes wear capes! Chris's intuition, care, and compassion save my belongings and my day! Thank you so much Chris! You're going to own your own company one day!
