I asked for a bigger truck, when I called to schedule & they said that my amount of rooms would only need a 15 and if I needed bigger , to come in and ask for it . I get there and now I see that they didnt reserve me for that truck because they didnt have any for that day . I was not able to complete the mobile pick-up process due to a system issue failure. Both Manager and Assistant manager assisted me in completing the process. Kudos!
