The U-Haul process went so much smoother than I imagined. The pick-up of the truck was easy and quick. Jessica helped so much with the check-in process and was kind and efficient. She answered any questions I had. The storage unit was very clean and accommodated my things. My mom and I were so impressed, we inquired about a bigger unit to split.
