I had a huge issue with my truck on the road. I was clearly frustrated over it as my entire day was changed, but it was the owner of this location who answered the phone. She handled everything with such grace and was so kind to me the entire time. When I got back to return the truck after being fixed, she made the entire thing right and we had a great conversation. Absolutely the worst customer service ever the manager, and the assistant manager were absolutely incompetent. There was a trainee that helped but the wait time for me was one hour. It was so slow. They have no idea what they’re doing. The truck that they gave me was behind other trucks and I had to go get new trucks and tell them that it was blocked. They are just a mess there I would avoid at all cost go rent a budget.
