Every single human being I talked to at this location went above and beyond to help make this process easier. Nicky was super helpful when I was trying to figure out how to get the contents of my two U-Boxes down to my new place on the South Side, and was able to recommend a course of action that was very cost-effective and straightforward. The staff in the rental office and the U-Box storage on the day we unloaded were all fantastic and so helpful as well. Absolutely the worst customer service ever the manager, and the assistant manager were absolutely incompetent. There was a trainee that helped but the wait time for me was one hour. It was so slow. They have no idea what they’re doing. The truck that they gave me was behind other trucks and I had to go get new trucks and tell them that it was blocked. They are just a mess there I would avoid at all cost go rent a budget.

Absolutely, the worst customer service ever.They're ignorant, very disrespectful.I've been with them for 2 months.All of a sudden, I get a letter saying i've breached a contract somehow, and I have to get my stuff out in seventy two hours.Even though I just paid my bill two days ago, definitely a scam.Stay away from these, people, go to guardian storage or anybody else.
