Reserved truck multiple months in advance. Two days before they called saying the only option was 1 hr away round trip, in addition to not meeting my preferred time.
Nicki was about as good as you can get. she took all my calls and. really helped me a lot. Her husband too! moving is stressful so its nice when people get that and help you
