The U-Haul Moving and Storage at 3000 Liberty Ave in Pittsburgh PA is the BEST U-haul I have ever encountered, and I have moved many times in my life. The staff there are SO friendly, talkative, thorough and helpful. I wish I knew the names of all the gentlemen that I dealt with while I was there so that I could personally shout them out. The absolutely worst truck rental experience. The staff was completely unhelpful. Came in with my reservation, they refused to check me out and insisted I download an app instead, which I refused. Only then did they help me. They did not have the equipment which I reserved, the first van they tried to give me had garbage cans in the back and stank liked rotting trash. By not charging me two days for 1 day
Note to Nikki the manager. Ive rented hundreds of trucks and trailers around the country. Your job and the 3 to 4 people behind the desk is to check people in and get them their trucks Not to tell everyone in line we have to scan a barcode and do your job for you. Absolutely terrible customer service manager Nikki. Two stars because your employee Kia or Kea was very professional and cordial and picked up your slack.
