The U-Haul Moving and Storage at 3000 Liberty Ave in Pittsburgh PA is the BEST U-haul I have ever encountered, and I have moved many times in my life. The staff there are SO friendly, talkative, thorough and helpful. I wish I knew the names of all the gentlemen that I dealt with while I was there so that I could personally shout them out. The absolutely worst truck rental experience. The staff was completely unhelpful. Came in with my reservation, they refused to check me out and insisted I download an app instead, which I refused. Only then did they help me. They did not have the equipment which I reserved, the first van they tried to give me had garbage cans in the back and stank liked rotting trash.
