The lady that helped me was very nice, and helpful. I'm sorry I don't remember her name but she helped me get the lights working on the trailer. My plug was bad and she helped fix the problem. Thank you!!!!
The staff was very patient and understanding.
Scheduled an "appointment" for a trailer hitch installation. Received a call back citing a date and time. I advised due to work I would need to drop the car off and did the night before. Deposited key in the keybox. Received a call from their employee this morning. She was very rude and upset stating that I had dropped the car off without filling out forms and that despite an email and telephone conversation stating the exact date and time, this wasn't my appointment.
