My mother-in-law rented a truck for this U-Haul yesterday. Devan P decided it was more important to get home than helping an old lady make sure that the truck was ready to go. He was rude unprofessional, and on top of that rented a truck to her that didn’t have properly working brake lights. She is now stuck in Fort wayne and has to move all of her packed up stuff from that truck to another truck. Fast. Easy. Affordable
The process from start to finish was easy and convenient. I called and made a trailer reservation for the next day that I would be needing for 2 days. When I arrived at my scheduled pickup time the trailer was ready and waiting on me. The staff was courteous and fast. I was checked in and hooked up and out the door within 15 minutes. I received the same level of customer service when I dropped the trailer off. They unhooked me and checked in my equipment within 15 minutes. When we came in the guy that helped us rent the truck wasn't very pleasant, you could just tell he didn't care about his job. We brought the truck back with over the amount of fuel that we left with and got charged for not bringing it back with the same amount, luckily we took a picture and had proof of the amount of fuel we left with. I called to explain the issue and it was taking care of immediately, great customer service from the lady on the phone!
