I used it to help a buddy move, I didn't see anything that stood out poorly except 1 problem. We showed up and you have to swipe your card to deactivate your units' security, then again to access the main building to get to your unit. First trip fine, second trip was later at night, neither of us noticed the storage hours that were being dwarfed by all the other words on the boards. We try to get in anyway. I’ve used this location numerous times and my experience is ALWAYS the same. Quick pick up, quick drop off and I’ve never had any problems with the equipment .
