Do not rent from the Mooresville location! We rented a trailer to move some items and it cost us $30. The man said we could return anytime within 24 hrs! We rented it around 2pm yesterday and returned it at 11:15 pm that same day only to wake up to an additional $20 charge! When I called to dispute it they rep told me someone would get back to me within 72 hours!!! It should be against the law for a company to just charge you card whenever they want with even calling first... especially when it should have NEVER been charged... read more

Charged me a 26.59 cleaning fee because the 6 moving pads I used AND returned were not folded... they ACTUALLY told me this on the phone!!
Customer service here sucks! We Waited 35 minutes before anyone helped us . Then was told to speak with Tina (GM) who is one of the utmost rudest managers i've had the displeasure of dealing with. She resolved nothing for us . We sat here for 2hours and resolved nothing. She was at home & made no attempt to resolve our issue. We drove 4& 1/2 hours to be told by the staff "come back tomorrow" . We will NOT be revisiting or using their facilities.
