They gave us a truck and the breaks and stirring went out 10 minutes down the road then made us get ahold of a 1800 number to get road side service. After 35 minutes final got threw just to be told roadside will not be here for 90 minutes.

They don't honor their appointments, go elsewhere
i rented a truck from you guys two days ago...........i paid the agreed fees (43 dollars total), i had given a credit card to hold incase anything should go wrong....i paid the 43 in cash and next day had 75 dollars in charges on my card!!! i paid everything as agreed so now i have to fight it which is time consuming.
