These people are outright thieves. I rented a U-Haul pick up truck from here and the heavyset women at the counter told me up front price of the vehicle with insurance. I asked what the milage was allowed on the vehicle and she responded by saying there is unlimited mileage for the vehicle, well she failed to tell me that is was $0.99 a mile. At this point the truck was driven no more than 30 miles and returned with a full tank HOWEVER they are charging me near $350 for a pickup truck that was rented for 2 days, drove no mor... read more

I’ve had excellent customer service experiences here, two weekends in a row, busiest time of the day. Equipment is luck of the draw but has all worked out great!
