The staff here is absolutely ridiculous!! I was the first customer here to get propane and I waited and waited and I finally went in after other customers showed up and had gone inside and the girl at the counter said that customers inside got priority and I said are you saying that propane customers are lesser customers and she said yes because they make less money off propane sales! I’m never ever doing business with U-Haul ever again! And I really hope corporate reached this
Thay had me in and out in no time, the truck was clean. The Staff has very helpful.
Please do not rent from this facility, they are rude and very disrespectful to customers. Not only were they unkind to me but witnessed another interaction with another customer. That man was mad as heck with the lady behind the counter. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.
Staff at this location were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The 26" truck looked good but rode really rough. I would recommend balancing the tires on these vehicles more regularly. Also the cruise control worked some of the time and then would turn off.
These people are outright thieves. I rented a U-Haul pick up truck from here and the heavyset women at the counter told me up front price of the vehicle with insurance. I asked what the milage was allowed on the vehicle and she responded by saying there is unlimited mileage for the vehicle, well she failed to tell me that is was $0.99 a mile.
