Very helpful and friendly.Accommodated me very well with my situation.
Trailer was left with debris from previous renters. Motorcycle parts were left in the trailer. There was a dolly was left in back of pickup. Also I brought back the truck after 2 hours and should only been charged for the 2 hours not for the whole 4 hours.
Easy process. The truck was very nice & easy to drive. The check out and check back in process was simple and quick. The employees were very helpful.
For less than $100, we took a long holiday weekend to do some home improvements by renting this trailer. We were able to haul building materials to our house and construction waste to the dump with this handy trailer. The staff at U-Haul were friendly and efficient.
The truck was in very good condition and performed as it should have. The original truck that I had scheduled became unavailable, but U-Haul fairly compensated me for the inconvenience. They also offered some nice perks, ie time and miles, to pull a trailer for them to my final destination. The check-in was super easy and fast at Midtown. It seems that they know what they’re doing. I was very satisfied and would recommend to family and friends.
