Rented a truck, did an in person return. The gentleman who handled the return barely said word, terrible customer service. Charged me a 25 cleaning for a tiny piece of card board and a couple sticky notes that I could picked up while I was standing there. Pulled away in the truck without saying anything and I just had to assume he was all done. Been a repeat uhual customer for years for for any hauling needs I will going to a different place if at all possible after that experience.
Miraculously didnt have the truck I reserved. "Upgraded"me to a 26' F650, and said it had a 1/4 tank of fuel in it, and to return it with the same. It barely had an 1/8 of a tank. Miserable experience. I hope I never have to use them again.
Never again the lady was rude yesterday The truck I rented was a joke never again. Also you guys need to service your trucks because the one I had had major issues . Don't rent from there prices are a complete joke
The staff was helpful and friendly. Would recommend.
Rented a motorcycle trailer. Went very smooth. When I brought it back, the girl that waited on me was great.
