I appreciate the ease of pick up & drop off, and the vehicle was very clean & well maintained. However the $19.95 /day price is very misleading after all the other fees, etc. are added on.
General manager Logan Minnich was very rude. We rented a uhaul last week and got a notification that we were being tracked by an AirTag. We immediately called and spoke to two different people who BOTH said they’ve NEVER heard of that. One of the gentleman texted his manager while on the phone with us and said she said she’s never heard of it either. That makes 3 people who told us they’ve never heard of uhaul doing that.
