Thoroughly unpleasant experience with U-Haul in general and the Mansfield, Ohio location in particular. Reservations told me this location had the trailer I was looking for, but when I called, I was told they were all rented. The salesperson (he identified himself as Christopher) was unhelpful, bad attitude, and eventually became rude.
