went to the location in Kingston ON, went it to speak to a person to get help with our truck and they refused to help us saying that I have to download the app because they can't help us in person. checking my bank today and paying through the app they have taken an extra $583.08...on a truck that was only $291.04. went into the location i dropped the truck off in Ottawa ON, just for them to tell me they can't help me and that i have to go back to Kingston to get help. When my car broke down and no other rental companies in town had a car available U-Haul was there to bail me out with a van rental. The customer service was great and the price was fair. This was a last minute requirement and they worked quickly to make it happen.
