I would like to thank all employees that assisted with my extremely frustrating move, they we quick and efficient, not to mention understanding of my misfortune when it came to extra helping hands causing my move to take 2 extra days, they made my life easier and I seriously appreciate that. Great place to work with! Employee Nathan was super helpful although he’s new to the company and Manger Ethan was super accommodating and made life that much simpler when everything was in disarray. Super thankful to the both of them and will be returning my business
This location does not have parking. They do not advertise this online when you make a booking. There is only a piece of paper on the doors and an employee making sure you don't park on the premises. For a company that know it's customers are moving when they rent a vehicle, not providing parking is atrocious. Had I known this I would have planned accordingly. Instead I was told they couldn't tell me where to park. In addition, upon arrival our vehicle was blocked in by others and was not ready for us to take at our reservat... read more
