Miss Aleeah b. Is unprepared with supplies needed for a propane tank fill , Also she does Not check for leakage in tanks when I said something she was very unprofessional towards me. UHALL NEEDS TO TRAIN THERE EMPLOYEES BETTER AND MAKE SURE THEY HAVE ALL THE NECESSARY SUPPLIES AND SUPPORT NEEDED!
Lori called me and left a voicemail saying I had until 1pm to pick up my truck. I called U-Haul to clarify because the voicemail said a few different things about cancellations. Upon contacting the store Kayla from U-Haul cancelled my reservation after I explained I would call at 12:30 to confirm whether or not I still needed the truck. She explained that it was a late pickup and as a courtesy pickup had been pushed out to 12:45 which reflects on my online account. Lyndsey did a great job of checking me in and helping me out with my rental. Mike provided me with information about the location and services provided by the store. All in all, it was a great experience.
