Donna was my hero today! She was a life saver with a pigtail to the trailer at 7am. And she was happy as can be. I will ALWAYS use this Uhaul I have spoken to the manager multiple times. And I have to say my concerns about under staffing and “eternal hold” on the phone waiting for help, are being addressed. Once the manager was aware of the issues, I got top notch service, competitive pricing from a competitors advertised promotion.
