Absolutely terrible service, came here to get propane and waited 45 minutes which 20 of those minutes there was no customers inside. I went inside twice to ask for propane. The younger guy told me to go else where to get it, if I needed and the old man was the propane guy and he was done with a customer and decided to walk around and look at the trucks vs come and helping me. I’ve never experienced such a rude encounter with a worker before, and I never expected it to happen at U-Haul I will never be coming back here again. I came in with my niece to pick up a few boxes just a quick, simple stop. This was only my second time there. I had my niece go out to the car to grab the cash while I stayed inside counting the boxes we needed.
