The ladies were amazing. I was having a stressful day. They had me laughing that helped a lot. So blessed to have great customers service. U-Haul on Jasmine and 19 in port Richey is the place to go. Thank you U-Haul you guys have always been great.
I’ve been going to this location for years and it’s always been super excellent service each and every time. I recommend this place wholeheartedly! I don’t think you can do anything else to improve it. You cannot improve. It’s already perfect.
Rented a pick-up truck from there. They have only one n when l tried to extend my rental another day l couldn't even though l left it open about how long l needed it. They have given the rental to someone else. Also tried to charge me 60 for insurance without asking me if l wanted the insurance. Mike was unprofessional l think. Told me they only keep one truck there . Next time even though I have rented there before lll go somewhere else

Waited 15-20 min for a propane refill and no one bothered to come out. No cars so I know yall weren’t that busy. Rang the bell twice. Should have figured seeing when I rented from you guys the lady at the counter made me feel like I was bothering her relaxation time.
