The after-hours return instructions could be clearer, but overall everything was resolved smoothly.
Excellent Customer Service experience at this location; from the time that I made the reservation (I forget the young lady's name who made the reservation, but she was great)! Ariana did an outstanding job checking me for the pick-up of my truck and then went above and beyond to ensure that I got the right storage unit! The Lady in the storage units was extremely helpful! I can’t remember the lady who helped with check in at the desk as she was very helpful too but during the truck return process Mr. Antwonne F was very helpful and respectful with letting me know the charges, the refund, and more. Mr Antwonne, keep up the good work 🤝 (I started the rental with you all 1/14/2026 at 7:30 if that helps find out who the helpful lady was at front too)
