Horrible and rude customer reps. This is the 1st time I had an extremely bad experience at this location. I have been renting trucks and storage units from this location since 2009-2010. I called on 03/26 at 2:11pm to make a payment on my storage unit. At first, a woman picked up and put me on hold for less than a minute, then a man picked up. I informed him of what I wanted to do. Customer service was outstanding the short lady was an excellent multi tasker, very professional, patient, and a listener. Appreciate her professionalism
I moved into a storage unit last month and it was super last minute, had a bunch of coordination obstacles, and stressful. Cynthia, the GM, made it a better experience. She was kind and explained everything (and more than once while I was a bit overwhelmed). Customer service doesn’t always get the credit it deserves, but it makes such a difference when it’s delivered with genuine care. Cynthia’s professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile was very appreciated.
