Absolutely terrible. Trucks not ready, don’t have enough supplies, employees don’t know what they’re doing.
Customer service was a little unpleasant the gentlemen that attended to my services acted like he didn't want to help me. He wasn't friendly at all.
Horrible service and facilities. Avoid if possible. The elevator is broken and they still renting self-storage in the upper level. I got mine in the 3rd level and the mover gave up to carry by stairs. I checked it is long stairs and the door has no handle. We drove long-hours from Boston (10-hours) just to found out that we cannot store our stuff there and need to change storage and find another location. I have an international flight the next morning so I must store our stuff that afternoon but the front desk is not helpfu... read more
Charon is amazing, a true life saver. Another company failed me and left me in a disastrous spot, and she worked hard and pulled through within an hour to give me the services I needed for a successful move. I am SO grateful!
