I’ve had this storage unit on the 3rd floor for 1.5 years, it was good the first 6 months. For the past year, it’s been pretty unreliable, I guess because of construction they’ll just shut down the elevator with no notice, not prorate for the times you can’t bring things into/remove things from your unit. The elevator is HIGHLY unreliable, basically doesn’t come down from 3rd floor so bringing large items down from my storage unit isn’t possible. I borrowed a van to move items from my crappy apartment (between Metrobar and the Rhode Island Ave. Metro) and into a nearby storage. I used the remote check-in feature, which was a really simple process, and the staff were exceptionally helpful in getting me the dollies I needed. So I'd definitely return for future needs.

The General Manager/Owner, Cynthia Hardy, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She was dishonest about trying to contact us about updated truck availability and threatened to call the police when we questioned the horrible alternative option that she offered. This is the worst customer service we have ever received. It’s hard to imagine how she made it to management level. This business should be shutdown.
