Jerome was amazing. He answered all my questions I ask, he was also very helpful with showing me how to access my unit and where everything is in the building I’m keeping my belongings in.
We are small old veterans organization organized in 1968 (vietnam vets). I came to DC in 1978 we have been using u haul in DC since then. We used this location when they first opened over at 5th and RI NE. They have always been great. If there ever issues we work them out together. I highly recommend them. The Mgr we worked with at other locations. The entire team is super. Thanks everyone.
The process was seamless and convenient from beginning to end. All of the employees were very helpful too.
