My friend Joshua Wallace rented a large U Haul truck: There's a gas leak on the rental truck...we haven't even loaded the truck! ...much less hit the road yet. When we call they say to call roadside assistance!! Why can't we get a replacement truck?! #wasteoftimeandmoney
Thank you so much for all your help this past weekend. I had a reservation with Budget across the street who decided they just weren't going to provide me with anything close to what I reserved. I believe it was Debbie that helped us out and saw our frustration when we walked in. She was incredibly helpful and although this location didn't have the truck, she made the reservation for us at a nearby location and did everything she could to help us get moved.
