We had an issue with my daughter in the hospital the staff was patient understanding, forgiving, kind, compassionate, and took great care of us in a hard time even when I wasn’t very patient or kind myself from the overwhelming situation and unexpected added expenses. They were able to work with me. They will always have by loyal service because of this. Thankyou to all the staff and all their help
All well and good but they require emergency contacts that have to answer their phone before being able to rent a truck. (This is apparently up to the managers of each location so. I would recommend a location that doesn't require this.) They close at 7p.m. but upon arrival around 5-10 early, they had closed the shop access before we had arrived.
