Valor was the only person working during a very busy time of day, and despite the pressure, he remained calm, professional, and incredibly helpful. He was attentive to every customer, handled multiple tasks at once without getting flustered, and made sure everyone felt taken care of. It’s rare to see someone manage that kind of stress with such grace. He truly went above and beyond.
Picking up and dropping off vehicles was seamless. Staff was friendly and competent. Note: I picked in Omaha and dropped off in Florissant.
A while back. I had a jam packed Ubox delivered to this location with my belongings and I was paying the monthly fee but I hadn’t paid the delivery fee yet which was like over $1200 because I come into some hard times and the general manager at the location wouldn’t let me access my box so I can get my Social Security card so that I can get a job. Very cruel and inhumane I spoke to Customer Service and they said it was up to the general manager, when I did eventually pay the fee the forklift driver acted so lazy like I was i... read more
