Service rep went above and beyond!!!
We rented a 15-ft truck and worked with Valor, who was excellent! He was very helpful during pickup, and when I returned the truck, he provided the same friendly and professional service. We had a very good experience with our truck rental at this location. Price was right. No surprises. Reservation process was quick and easy! Everything went smoothly from pickup to the return. Super easy to follow pickup and self-return instructions on the app.
Worst experience ever. Went into this store 6/28 at 12:30 cst. to pickup a trailer we had reserved. Rep in the store had horrible attitude from the beginning. He kept his sunglasses on the whole time. Blamed us for overbooking said trailer. When I asked him what he meant it was our fault he audibly took the Lords name in vein. And refused to fix our issue and sent us to another location.
