I have used uhaul for 30 years. I am always satisfied with the swrvice and equipment. This uhaul location was easy to find and access. The customer service agents were very polite and friendly as well as informative. I walked in gave them my last name. They found my reservation and I was out and on my way in a matter of minutes. They even turned the truck on and had the air on. Which was wonderful! It was a very hot day. Very good experience. When I returned it was the same politeness and efficiency. I will use them again.
Valor was a great employee who was able to assist and was educated on what to do and not to use. I appreciate him a lot
Valor hands down is The B.E.S.T employee in the whole store. First off let me state I work in customer service and know how important customer service is all around. He has Professionalism, Time Management, Kindness and treats his customers like human beings. You can tell he values the company he works for by being educated on everything but also capable of educating me on how to operate several things I struggled with. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t had want to continue my service there and would’ve took my money elsewhere... read more
