Some of the trucks smell like cigar
The lady that took care of us at the front desk, shouldnt even work for U-Haul. She showed little sense of urgency. Moving like a sloth and not friendly at all. Moving is stressful as is, and I came in prepared with a reservation for a truck and 2 dollies and 1 furniture dolly. She asked me, "You want 2 dollies?" and looked at me as if I came from another planet, as if the request was too hard to fathom for her. Yes I responded, I want 2 dollies.
