Very unprofessional staff, especially the store manager who was using profanity. They also tried to pressure my friend into paying an extra $25 for car insurance, even though it’s optional if you already have coverage through your own policy. Completely unacceptable behavior for a business that should prioritize professionalism and transparency.
Old lady is very rude and not helpful. Only has issues no solutions. Why is it that I can make a reaverstion online but you cannot honor it? Sub par service and helpfulness. I’ve had better customer service in the downtown dennys at 3 am.
