I recently rented a U-Haul cargo van that was advertised as $19.95, but my total ended up being $132 for less than 4 hours of use and just 38 miles driven. This included $25 for insurance, and I also spent $16 on gas to refill the tank, so I spent $148 total on this rental! The most frustrating part was the misleading mileage charges. Great service from Heather. Really took care of me. Rental return was super easy.
I wanted a pick up but unfortunately they did not have one. They did had a van which it was very clean and smooth to drive. The lady who helped me was very fast and professional. used it for what I needed and it worked better than if I had a pick up. Thank you again
They are always helpful and friendly. The equipment is always clean and well maintained. This is my go trailer rental place.
