I have to say that Izzy was absolutely amazing and professional throughout our entire conversation on the phone with me and taking care of customers in the store. She was multitasking like a champ. Very communicative, attentive, helpful, and patient. If an option for 10 stars was available, every on is deserved. Thanks, Izzy, and Berlin U-Haul for helping me through a chaotic move. Highly recommend.
I was there today and was so frustrated and stressed out because I had to stand and wait for Lora to finish a personal phone call and express her dissatisfaction about her hours of work and a whole lot of other personal stuff, mind you another customer that was there also had to interrupt her phone conversation to tell her he was strapped for time. I had a very concerning experience with this U-Haul location that resulted in financial loss. On May 18, I attempted to rent a truck to move out of my storage unit, but was informed their system was down. I contacted the storage office and was told they were unable to access accounts or close contracts due to the same issue. I was told I would be contacted once the system was restored, but I never received any follow-up. I rented a storage unit from U-Haul Moving and Storage and had a very frustrating and disappointing experience. The entire facility has a bad infestation of clover mites and other bugs. They were all over the building, and every time I rolled up the unit door, bugs would fall all over me. Eventually the clover mites got inside my unit and onto my stored belongings, which was extremely concerning.
