I actually stopped there on my way to Mays landing my phone died and then I found out it didn't die the display faded off and we had to get it to the point where I could could see.. the young lady and there was kind enough to help me because my directions were on the phone and I couldn't see them I was in such a hurry I forgot to ask her her name she had dark hair in a ponytail thank you excellent customer service

I recently rented a U-Haul cargo van that was advertised as $19.95, but my total ended up being $132 for less than 4 hours of use and just 38 miles driven. This included $25 for insurance, and I also spent $16 on gas to refill the tank, so I spent $148 total on this rental! The most frustrating part was the misleading mileage charges. I was told the first 100 miles were free, but when I returned the van, I was charged $1.89 per mile after 20 miles a major misunderstanding that completely changed the expected cost. I wanted a pick up but unfortunately they did not have one. They did had a van which it was very clean and smooth to drive. The lady who helped me was very fast and professional. used it for what I needed and it worked better than if I had a pick up. Thank you again
