From the moment we walked in to get our truck, Jacqueline was friendly, informative, and oh so helpful to get us going with the rental. The truck was great, only 80 miles on the odometer. My son had no issues driving it and he reported that the return was easy and straightforward. We have another rental coming up, and I've already booked it with U-Haul.
