Bat inside of the storage building with no plans to remove it. I was told the bat flew at the house keeper but another man made it in and out safely. I was basically told to enter at my own risk because there is no plans in the near future to get the bat out.
This was a great experience, from the easy pick up and drop off to the kind and friendly team at U-Haul. We need the truck again for final cleanup/trash haul and I will 100% return to this location. Thank you for making the move experience better!!
I'm giving this a one-star review because of one simple thing: U-Haul has an issue with their reservation system. We reserved a moving truck and a dolly 2 days before actually needing the equipment. We arrived early and waited for them to open, which they did promptly at 9am. We get ready to do our reservation only to find that the dolly was not available, nor was it available at the next closest location.
