The fact that the app wasn’t working the day that we needed it, the employee on site was able to get us checked out for our truck very quickly.
Easy moving and no issues with the truck. Staff was very professional and friendly also!! Rental process was smooth online as well. Convenient location.
WARNING: this location hides AirTags in their trucks to track you! We found an AirTag stuffed inside the seat cushioning after my phone alerted me I was being tracked (see photo). It really freaked us out. The AirTag speaker had been removed or tampered with somehow so that it didn’t play its alarm to find it, but we were able to track it inside the truck to a hole that had been cut inside the top of the headrest.
