I have a business idea for you. If you don't have more than one person trained to sell propane, then you probably shouldn't sell propane. Here's what I've heard from your staff on three different occasions: "the guy that does it isn't here and no one else is trained". And the little button by the tank that says "press here for faster service" really means that no one will bother coming out to tell you the guy that does that isn't here.
