These people are so mean and hateful,They give ragged trucks to certain people without a care no back up mirror, they took the truck when they said I could bring it at 11:00 when I woke up the ragged truck was gone when I got my items it was missing items like personal items they are not good people.
My unit was broken into ..and I wasn't even notified...now I got a do a police report and claim etc . Worst ...please don't use this storage...and if you have a storage here better go check to see if your stuff there
PLEASE BEWARE: YOUR ITEMS ARE NOT SECURE HERE. I have had my unit broken into twice, the second time they got the slider off and were able to open the door WITH 2 LOCKS ON IT. If the doors can be broken into with locks on them, they are not secure. The gate is constantly open when no one is going in and out, there are transient people on the facility grounds constantly.
