I booked a U-Haul rental and completed the online check-in ahead of time, thinking it would save me time. Instead, I was prompted to go inside the store which was busy and despite the “Skip the Line” promise, I was one of the last people to be helped. So much for efficiency. When I finally get outside (15 minutes after my scheduled pick up) , I see the rental truck running, door open, and A/C on.
