Terrible service! Actually lack of one. ALL trucks are old garbage. Rented from there about 5 times in the past 2 years... Never again!
Im not sure of the guys name who helped us on 7/22 but he was awesome! Very patient and funny!
U haul is a great company. I specifically have issues with the Bedford operation. I have proof that I was charged for gas. I would have just provided the proof, but I wanted to know for sure that I wasn't crazy. This is not the first or second time this was pulled. I will be escalating with the proof.
