I highly recommend renting a U-haul truck using the app. You can begin steps for picking up from home, especially if it's close by, and arrive when you are ready to get the keys... all within the hour of your reservation
The process was easy and we really liked that Rick helped us when we dropped off the vehicle back at the location. He jumped in when we didn't know where to park it. It was really nice to get some extra help and he did it with a smile! Thank you, Rick.
I would give one star, but the ladies were helpful. My only issue was when I was putting my items in the car, two gentlemen came out rushing us to move our car. I understand they were asking us to move for potential incoming customers, but we are also customers who were trying to put our items in the car. I did not like the aggression those men were showing us.
