The location is great and staff are very friendly and helpful. However, I was rather unpleasantly surprised when it turned out that the U-Haul had to verify my identity right before I was about to pick up the equipment. This involved making a call to somebody who knows me but we are talking about 8 a.m. on Saturday. All the necessary procedures -- uploading DL front and back and verifying through a call to someone -- could have been easily done at the moment of making a reservation, not at the moment of picking up equipment.... read more

Within the last month I have had the pleasure of working with this facility on two occasions, both times my expectations were exceeded. Everyone is courteous, attentive and professional in their service. They made moving a breeze. Thank you for a job well done!
If I could just rate the national call center, this would be zero stars for the misinformation that nearly derailed our move. Good news is, Jay at this location is fantastic and knows what he's talking about. Skip the call center, just come talk to Jay. Pay this man more! It would be 5 stars without the call center. As a heads up, storage units are first come, first serve even if you have a reservation online.
