Rented a U-Haul from out of town. Did not have my License on me. I proceeded to request the lady who appeared to be the manager if she could print my temp. license from the DPS. Said “she couldn’t print anything for me whether I sent it to the company email or personal email”. If this is TRUE : Shame on U-Haul. If NOT true : Shame on Her. The girl that worked the counter is very helpful. She is really good with customer service.
This place has 2 stars for a reason. Had a reservation for a certain truck size. We get there, they don’t have it available. Also no dolly. First truck we get assigned didn’t even start, drive all the way back around to get a new truck, they assign us one that is pinned behind another truck and can’t access it, had to go BAAACK to the office. Absolute nightmare, this place was our last resort and I wouldn’t even recommend that. SMH.
