U-Haul advertises a free month of storage with their truck or trailer rentals. This is false, they require you to pay for a full month of service in order to take advantage of this, "free month." False advertising and misleading bait and switch tactics. Nobody tells you about the additional cash outlay until you've already made your plans and you show up fully loaded with gear ready to take advantage of their, "promotion." Get real, U-Haul!
Everything we stored here was destroyed by rats. We are just unpacking our items stored here in two units for 5 months. We have to replace everything from clothing to matresses. I will post pictures later. This is a complete nightmare. Call 311 and report this place. We just found a dead rat in our shoes stored there. I have asthma. The rat urine a feces caused me to have to go to the ER. Every box rat feces....rat piss. Hats. $200 comforters ruined. No issues, quick, efficient. I was able to leave my car. Just make sure you document everything cause you will regret it if you don’t. Decent customer service since Uhaul is not known for their customers service. Lots of people moving and busy. Just have common sense and be detail oriented and follow instructions. I’ll rent here again
Very helpful and friendly team. It was a little busy, so had to wait a bit, but that is probably a good thing.
