No issues, quick, efficient. I was able to leave my car. Just make sure you document everything cause you will regret it if you don’t. Decent customer service since Uhaul is not known for their customers service. Lots of people moving and busy. Just have common sense and be detail oriented and follow instructions. I’ll rent here again

Run for the hills. DO NOT and I mean DO NOT rent the storage units here, unless of course, you want all of your items completely destroyed by their rat infestation. Rat feces and urine is everywhere, irreparable damage on extremely expensive appliances, furniture, etc. We have a 9 month old, baby daughter who has now been exposed to the diseases rats carry. Do not rent from this place, they will charge hidden fees and not specify what procedure are needed to be followed when renting their equipment. Tried to call for some explanation and clarification and zero customer support was provided. An attitude and “you’re wrong I’m right” is all I got from the store manager.
