I'm not a fan of all automated services, I personally appreciate when the sales rep goes thur check points and ask me things like will I be needing a dolly. And there was a truck size change and location that was done to me at no fault of my own and I was told basically to take it or leave it, and that made me have to make two trips as opposed to 1 and add to the mileage, so no I was not happy with this experience.
Was given a horrible unsound 28 foot truck parked in an impossible spot. I'm an experienced truck driver and it took me 15 minutes to get the truck out because it was parked centimeters from a drop off on one side and feet away from trucks on the other with the only way to go forward was to turn 90 degrees. Didn't get the dolly I rented and after returning the vehicle in perfect condition and less miles I was charged for things I didn't even rent or use.
