This was my best Uhaul experience ever! To start, the pickup process was very smooth: Monica, who checked me in, was very personable and even took me outside to my truck to explain everything. The truck worked great and was on a full tank which was a huge plus. Upon returning to drop off my truck the gentleman who I gave my keys to was very friendly as well. Overall great experience!
