The rental severed its purpose. U-Haul needs to improve their app interface and correct the bugs. Could use better customer service at the store level.
Came there w/o booking, but everything was arranged within 15 min. With the best and professional attitude to me. Got my 20 feet truck, and was assisted to remove ice from the windshield by manager. Definitely the best U-haul location!!!
