I came today to pick up my 15ft uhaul truck. Monica and Chris were working on site at the time. The truck I rented had a leak into drivers cab. (it was pouring rain) They offered to upgrade me at no additional cost to a 20ft truck. I got to thinking maybe it wasn't safe moving today since it's raining so bad and I'm moving a heavy object myself up the ramps. I asked if I could reschedule. Amazing service from these guys, especially the manager. We had if for an extra six hours six we had a ton of rain our moving day, and traffic was really bad. We showed up 5 min past closing, the manager, great guy by the way, parked the truck for us, and didn’t charge us late fees whatsoever. Can’t say anything bad about this U-Haul location, thanks a million
