the general manager is rude did not answer my question at first and then talked in way that made the answer in a very unclear way and sold me something a did not ask for then catches a attitude with me when I realized it. called the cops on me , a paid customer , because I took off my mask so I can be heard clearly on the phone with their customer service.

I was there a few weeks ago to pick up boxes and moving supplies. I had ordered online earlier. The young woman who assisted me was outstanding. Very polite and helpful. She carried the supplies to my car for me. I am a senior citizen. I highly recommend this U Haul in Hammond. I meant to post before now.
They need to fix the door because i had a unit and i can feel the nextdoor stuff and i thought that is not right so they can feel my stuff in my unit and the unit i move to the door was mess up like a storage cart was bang against the door a lot of time so they need to fix it. Im moving to a another storage
Rude staff, no stock controls ( they have no idea what parts they actually have), slow work, unable to keep to a time estimate for ongoing work. Filed a complaint with corporate twice while waiting for a simple wiring harness to be installed. Pick a different location if at all possible.
