If it would let me give negative stars I would. They took money out of my account way after I rented a pick up and returned it. I was given a refund and then a month later a 45.89 charge came out. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!
Helping a friend move some furniture into a storage unit there. You guys got a double sale as she rented the truck and storage unit from you. I left my sunglasses in the truck, which is my fault. That being said I've left three messages with your messaging service since last night. Then after three more calls and connecting to customer service I get told you don't have to return my call until noon? If you can't return a call within an hour because your store is so busy, hire more people.
Poor customer service.
