The owner was very nice and so was the other lady she was training. Both were very professional and facilitated our move from the storage facility, the renting of a trailer, and chose a drop off location very close to where we’re going. Awesome folks!! 5 Stars!!
Customer experience wasn't professional and wasn't treated well at this location. I move out the storage unit less than 30 days.

Ray and his wife at U-Haul in Fort Myers (Colonial) are simply the best. They are always very accommodating, understanding, and especially helpful. I have 2 other U-Haul facilities closer to my house but prefer driving a little further just because of how awesome they are.
