The lady was very helpful in explaining the equipment in both use and how to attach it. Great customer service!
Rented a cargo van for a small move. The van was clean. All the service representatives I dealt with were helpful and knowledgeable. I think my favorite thing about this location is how easy it is to get in and out of the parking lot with a large awkward vehicle. There is also a gas station, practically sharing the parking lot to make returning the vehicle with a full tank of gas incredibly easy.
If you are looking for a place with amazing customer service, be sure to rent your truck from this location. My mother and I were helping my sister move to her new apartment and the truck we rented had some malfunctions halfway through the trip. With the help of this location and the one in Kansas City, we were able to work through that issue and upon return Justin made everything right for us.
