Rented a cargo van for a small move. The van was clean. All the service representatives I dealt with were helpful and knowledgeable. I think my favorite thing about this location is how easy it is to get in and out of the parking lot with a large awkward vehicle. There is also a gas station, practically sharing the parking lot to make returning the vehicle with a full tank of gas incredibly easy.
If you are looking for a place with amazing customer service, be sure to rent your truck from this location. My mother and I were helping my sister move to her new apartment and the truck we rented had some malfunctions halfway through the trip. With the help of this location and the one in Kansas City, we were able to work through that issue and upon return Justin made everything right for us. The employee here got us into the right size truck for our move, explained the contract in perfect detail, and was very patient when my phone wasn't working at first. She deserves all the credit she can get!
Easy pickup and dropoff process and good personal service. Truck was in excellent condition.
Propane prices are much higher than average. An exchange of a 20 pound is $24.95 compared to $19.95 available at some other local places. Propane by the gallon is $3.95 when filling directly from Ferrellgas or AmeriGas was $1.60 per gallon for 200 gallons. Under some circumstances, it may be reasonable to purchase here by the gallon, but it’s definitely not what it should be if you can go directly to a place that sells it more reasonably and definitely higher than most if you’re doing an exchange.
