Jordan Carlson has to be the rudest manager I have encountered in my life. Very unprofessional and just not nice at all. This location is a nightmare from the csrs they have behind the counter that do not make you aware of certain things. Down to the people whom are to check in vehicles on time and check them in 12 hrs or more later accumulating other charges that we were not aware of. I don't like it when I can't get to a person in the store.It's aways someone from outside of Tx.
yesterday morning, 03-25-11 I needed to rent a trailer. I googled 'trailer rental Austin" and was refered to the U-haul location at 304 E Ben White Blvd__Austin, TX 78704.
