RecommendedI have been renting U Hauls since I my first Army move in 1972. This was the best experience ever. The Austin Highway location is clean, well-organized and friendly. Plenty of help. They act like they really want and appreciate your business. The store is well-organized and perfectly clean.
They are robbing people out of their hard earned money. Find any other u-haul place, just not here!!!!
This Austin Highway store has a manager who is a bully he's mean he's ugly and he doesn't listen. Texas Railroad Commission says you only have to recertify your propane tanks every 12 years. My husband took our tanks over there they were certified 11 years ago and he does not want to hear anything he's not going to fill them he's not going to do it he's a bully don't go there.
