The gentleman who helped me was amazing. He fixed a very difficult situation and I wasn't at my best. I had to make a very quick move and after booking with a customer service rep, I found out that my truck could not be hitched with a trailer because there was no way to connect the brake lights. This was not a question the cs rep asked me so when I got to the location, I was told the trailer could not be used. I was upset and worried that I couldn't afford the other options.
