I'm Mexican, and the U-Haul staff at both stores I visited treated me very well. They were patient with me because of my non-native English. I say "two stores" because the first one didn't have what I needed. However, the person who helped me used the computer to direct me to the nearest store and see if they had what I needed (a dolly) available. I cancelled my reservation about an hour after signing up. We had initially reserved our unit two weeks prior, selecting a specific size for our needs. There was no option to pre-pay or make a deposit of any kind. Just a confirmation that our unit was reserved. Now its moving day and we get to the office to check in. We worked with General Manager, David. Staff is very friendly, used their storage services for a couple of months and never had any issues. They also always worked with me if i had any issues regarding payment. Very pleased with their efforts and customer service!
