The gentleman who helped me was amazing. He fixed a very difficult situation and I wasn't at my best. I had to make a very quick move and after booking with a customer service rep, I found out that my truck could not be hitched with a trailer because there was no way to connect the brake lights. This was not a question the cs rep asked me so when I got to the location, I was told the trailer could not be used. I was upset and worried that I couldn't afford the other options. There's a few locations in the valley who try to pass on damages to the next customer that the staff caused before the rental. This is one of them. The other is 67th ave bethany home. This is why you always do the photo check in. Some of the regular staff here are very disrespectful.

I'm Mexican, and the U-Haul staff at both stores I visited treated me very well. They were patient with me because of my non-native English. I say "two stores" because the first one didn't have what I needed. However, the person who helped me used the computer to direct me to the nearest store and see if they had what I needed (a dolly) available. Once I was at the designated store, they treated me in the same way, with respect and patience. They installed the dolly right there, checking it several times until they were sati... read more
