I walked in a few minutes before closing time and was thinking “ I’ll probably have to deal with some rude service agent wanting to get off work”. .but I was wrong The young woman behind the counter ( Jasmine ) was friendly as can be and happy to assist me. I got my rental in a breeze with no issues. I just wanna give recognition to this location for having good people like Jasmine and also a shout out to the manager and the man who hooked up our trailer. It’s always chi-town people that are the coolest! Thank you
There is a bunch of people working, at the moment you walk in , no one pay attention, looks like his job is ignore the customers, worst customer service ever.

Got my hitch installed fast! Made an appointment online and came in an hour early and they worked me in! This place is outstanding!
The worst U-Haul in the US. Avoid at nearly any cost. First they gave me the wrong trailer, so i had to drive 10 miles back. Then they gave me a broken trailer, which popped off of my hitch and smashed into the back of my car. THEN THEY FORGOT TO CANCEL THAT TRAILER CONTRACT EVEN AFTER GIVING ME A NEW ONE, SO IM GETTING LATE FEES FOR A TRAILER I DIDN'T RENT, WHICH CRASHED INTO MY CAR!! Awful service, completely incompetent, terrible. Do not go here
