This is my first negative review I’ve posted, but when it amounts to the hundreds of dollars spent and another $100 in mistaken charges from this U-Haul in particular I’m hoping it proves helpful for others considering using this particular store. I rented a U-Haul, pretty simple reservation and pick up process, those working seemed competent and kind. No problems on pick up. The issue comes when I dropped it off.
