Use a different company I reserved a truck and tow trailer online. I was called the day before the scheduled pickup to confirm my tow trailer. When I called back to ask about the truck they told me it would be at the U-Haul in Altavista. As you might imagine this did me no good. No one was very apologetic.
Don't hold your breath This UHaul did not reserve the truck we requested, though it was called to confirm. THey were able to get us a truck, which worked acceptably, but I had expected better service.
