Attendants seemed to be poorly trained and somewhat confused. The whole experience was confusing to me, tho' we did muddle through to get the rental accomplished.
The employees behind the counter were amazing and we're super helpful, I only wish I was able to rent my truck thru this site again. I will always recommend this site to anyone who is in need of a uhaul truck...5 stars I believe that one of the employees name was Travis and the other man I cant remember but had super cute green eyes that helped me that day. Both men behind the counter were amazing and so helpful, went out of their way to help me. Thank you both.
The price is right. I rented a cargo Van for $20 a day for 3 days. It was a newer van, and the process was very simple to get it.
Great place fast paced was in and out quickly. Very friendly.
