Vibes were way off. Tried to just check in on the app and that glitched so we went inside and 4 people are behind the desk not a single person greeted us we stood around for maybe two minutes while the four people behind the desk argued about who was going to help us. Excellent option for rapid out of state transportation
Had u-box set up to start loading on the 9th. They tried to call us multiple times after but never left voice mails and never picked up when we tried to call them. On the 11th I went to this location to figure out what was going on. The general manager Terrance said since the boxes were empty for 3day he cancelled the reservation. It had only been 2 full days and they never notified us of cancellation, called the u-box people and they informed me that there was no cancellation so Terrance is either incompetent or lying. Easy to rent and extremely accessible when we needed in an emergency to transport our luggage for vacation! U-Haul saved us!
Uhaul made my day! Not only were they running a great SPECIAL! ( first month free) Allison and Nate went above and beyond making sure all of my needs were met and making my move seamless. Highly recommend this location on 24th st.
