I had a very disappointing experience at this U-Haul location. On July 20, I came into the office to let the employee know that I would be moving out of my storage unit on August 15. Instead of noting my future move-out date, he completely moved me out of the system on July 20, even though all of my belongings were still inside the unit and my lock was still on the door. Love the Staff! Love the location! I consider this store my UHaul garage!
It's been years since I've rented a U-Haul, and it was always a dreadful experience so I was truly dreading going to rent the van today. But I was so pleasantly surprised. I made a reservation online for a set time, I finished all of the paperwork and self-check-In process online. I was there for maybe 5 minutes!! Such a significantly improved process!! It was so easy. David was also delightful and very helpful! So kind.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! They charged me an extra day for being 15 mins late dropping off.
