The company is run by a bunch of corporate lawyers that post one set of instructions in their trucks but follow a different set of rules in their contract. DO NOT USE UHAUL; try Budget, Penske, Enterprise, etc.

This was by far the most unprofessional U-Haul location I have ever dealt with, and I strongly caution others before using this facility. I was incorrectly charged fuel fees based on a claim that I returned the truck with only 1/8 tank of fuel remaining. This allegation was false, and I have photographic evidence documenting the fuel level at the time of return. After contacting U-Haul Corporate, they reviewed the matter, apologized, and promptly refunded the improper fuel charges. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there... read more

Attendants seemed to be poorly trained and somewhat confused. The whole experience was confusing to me, tho' we did muddle through to get the rental accomplished.

The employees behind the counter were amazing and we're super helpful, I only wish I was able to rent my truck thru this site again. I will always recommend this site to anyone who is in need of a uhaul truck...5 stars I believe that one of the employees name was Travis and the other man I cant remember but had super cute green eyes that helped me that day. Both men behind the counter were amazing and so helpful, went out of their way to help me. Thank you both.
