Natalie was an angel! She worked her magic when U-haul's computer system's were down to ensure my U-boxes could be picked up that day by Moving Help.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Took 45 minutes just to pick up a trailer, the girl at the front refused to manually enter the card information, and to top it all off the guy taking the trailer off of our car was extremely rude and didn’t speak whatsoever. *young curly haired guy tried to be helpful despite coworkers not listening.
I have rented several times from Uhaul over the years and this location is the best. I have rented 3 times from here and every time was a 5 star experience. Thank you all.

Vibes were way off. Tried to just check in on the app and that glitched so we went inside and 4 people are behind the desk not a single person greeted us we stood around for maybe two minutes while the four people behind the desk argued about who was going to help us. Lmfao. So strange. We planed to return the truck using the app and pulled up to the return spot at 7:50.
