Worked out well.
I had an appointment scheduled at 4:00 PM for a simple hitch installation, no electrical work involved. I arrived early at 3:40 PM, but was only attended at 5:30 PM, which is already unacceptable for a scheduled appointment. On top of that, the installation itself, which should have been straightforward, took another 2 hours. I only left at 7:30 PM. In total, I spent almost 4 hours there for a basic hitch installation with no wiring. This is a complete lack of respect for customers’ time and very poor
