Absolutely horrible service. So first, we call - give our name and every detail and we're specific of what we wanted done. We get a text, all the information is incorrect. We call again, talk about everything that is incorrect and they supposedly "fixed" it. Get another text, INFORMATION IS TOTALLY incorrect. So we had to call them three separate times, because every single time they managed to screw it up and even got the spelling wrong on my spouses first name EVEN THOUGH HE SPELLED IT FOR THEM. I came in to have a trailer hitch installed and had no issues leading up to the appointment. However, on the day of installation, I opened the app to prepay and noticed my appointment time had been changed from 12:00 PM to 11:30 AM—without any prior notice. I had received multiple emails and texts confirming the original 12:00 PM time, so if I hadn’t checked the app, I would’ve been late. There only one dock up on hill if you are coming to drop u box. People are nice. Very tight place
Nothing to improve on that I can think of. I just wanted to give a shout out to Sahil who I had the pleasure of dealing with for my check in and hook up as well as he just happened to be there for my return. He was friendly, courteous and amazing customer service and remembered me at return time and made sure everything went great with the rental. Staff like that will keep people coming back to your location. Thank you Sahil.
except for troubles with the app on pickup, everything else was great!
