Nothing to improve on that I can think of. I just wanted to give a shout out to Sahil who I had the pleasure of dealing with for my check in and hook up as well as he just happened to be there for my return. He was friendly, courteous and amazing customer service and remembered me at return time and made sure everything went great with the rental. Staff like that will keep people coming back to your location. Thank you Sahil.

One of the worst rental experiences ever! Had a truck booked for today until Sunday and man on service counter said I had to have it back Saturday, tried to give me a shorter truck, he was very ignorant to myself and his coworker. Told me I had to rebook and when he found out the only truck was in Newfoundland. He laughed. I really felt sorry for the girl working on the counter, he was very rude .
