Enjoyed my U-Haul experience. Loved the storage facility. The drive in to unload/ load was amazing. So much better than my previous unit. Good experience overall
The guy working (Sahil) went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and that the transaction from start to finish was seamless. Give this man a raise!!!
Be vary careful with charges from this business - My card has receive a plethora of double charges, random amounts of charges and when I flagged it to the store they were not able to give me any detail but saw fit to accuse me of leaving without paying, When in actuality I was told to leave while they worked out the contract and they would follow up. BE VERY CAREFUL their payment system is out of control !! not to mention the agressive way in which they deal with feedback.
Well where do I start, We rented a car Hauler it was fine, then decided to also rent a Uhaul truck (keeping in mind we run a buisness) we decided to rent a couple of 1 ton trucks from A local rental company that are more robust than any u-haul truck and returned it 2 days later. well we still have the car hauler but U-haul has decided to continue to charge us for the truck which As stated returned , And accepted By U-haul staff.
